Which is going to be the best either MBA or PGDBM?

It depends a lot on the college. For eg. MBA from an IIM will clearly hold more value. In addition to that, MBA is a more widely recognised course.

MBA and PGDBM, both are equivalent. If you are pursuing it from reputed B-Schools like IIMs then it doesn't make any difference and as per government, PGDM of IIMs are getting converted into MBA and procedure for that has also started. From other B-Schools, MBA would be better.
