Hey Sayed,
BCA would be better than B.Sc IT as would fetch you more jobs that B.Sc IT. BCA would give you more opportunities and expands your futher options. A BCA guy is preferred over a B.Sc guy in organisationsn also. Also BCA done should be from a good ranking university. Some suggestions would be - -
These are similar degrees with different nomenclature offered by different insitutes. You must compare their syllabus to decide on which is the best qualification for you.
