Well it is advised that you should not study any core subject from any Private University of West Bengal as you may end up in any IT firm if you don't go for higher studies but Meghnad Saha is still a better option than Techno University. Good Luck.

I believe meghnad Saha is a better choice. Techno University is a college that started recently. We don't know the faculty and placement history of the college.
