Which is good, pursuing MBA HM in India or abroad? Which university is best and for what stream female candidates have highest scope?
I have done my BE in civil engineering with 65% aggregate.

Hi Prajakta,
I don't think gender has anything to do with the MBA specialization. However, girls are seen to have a flair towards human resource management, they do well dealing with people issues, and also this field is somewhat less stressful. But, go with your own interest. Consulting, Finance, Marketing etc. Are other options. In India or abroad, well if you get into b-schools like IIM or ISB, then choose India otherwise, please try to get into a reputed b-school abroad.
