First of all, if you are considering joining Chandigarh University then yes you are going on the right track and don't wait too long to think, join the university as it is the best place to be.

Firstly, the university doesn't offer B.Tech, it offers B.E. which is more good and unique. The program is ABET and NBA accredited and has several labs such as Microsoft Innovation Centre, IBM Software Lab, Virtusa Robotics & Automation Center, HP Center of Excellence & many more.

You will also get to learn a lot through several seminars, workshops and expert lectures organized by the department on a weekly basis.

CU, LPU, Chitkara, PEC, UPES, Graphic Era, UIET, Galgotias are all good and well-known private institutes in India and doing great in the education sector. Among all the institutes, I would prefer LPU for the CSE programme based on the following parameters:
Placements are very good at LPU. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. The maximum package availed by the student for CSE is 42 LPA. PEP Classes-These classes help students for placements so that they can get selected in the pre-final year because the companies will start visiting for the recruitment of students fr

Last year, my brother was deciding between the same universities for CSE. After some research, Chandigarh University seemed like the best fit. Their B.Tech CSE programme is accredited, and they have great placement options with 900+ companies, including international ones. The chance of getting a high package of 1.7 crore is exciting. What really caught my attention were the clubs, like Hackathon, where students can create and innovate. CU even helps with patent rights for these innovations. Now, when my brother comes home during vacations, he thanks me for helping him choose the best university for his dream career.
