Which is good to pursue among MBA or ME after doing BE in EC field?

My suggestion to you would be to consider your interest first. To make it simple for you if you want to stay in technical domain, you should go for ME/M-tech as if you will go for MBA, most of the technical stuffs would be almost useless. On the other hand, M-Tech/ME is good if you have plan

You need to determine whether you want to stick to the technical field or deviate a little. If you are really good in technical field then go for M.Tech but if you are an average student then go for MBA.

This would depend on your interest areas, and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area, then ME/ MS is better. However, if you want to move into general management, then MBA is better.
