    Pooja,
My suggestion to you would be to consider your interest first. To make it simple for you if you want to stay in technical domain, you should go for ME/M-tech as if you will go for MBA, most of the technical stuffs would be almost useless. On the other hand, M-Tech/ME is good if you have planned to go for Research I.e PhD in future and have a good interest in Research and Academics as well.
Secondly, MBA+BE/B-Tech is a good combination and therefore for jobs point of view, it is a very good combination. So, take a decision after considering both the things.

This would depend on your interest areas, and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area, then ME/ MS is better. However, if you want to move into general management, then MBA is better.

You need to determine whether you want to stick to the technical field or deviate a little. If you are really good in technical field then go for M.Tech but if you are an average student then go for MBA.
    Good luck.

In my view, MBA has a little edge over MS with respect to working skills required in an organisation. MBA will enhance your team building and management skills an add-on to your technical skill. ME will further boost your technical and you will be in your core subject area of interest. At the end, it all depends on your planing of career growth and your interest.

If you feel you can contribute further to the growing world of technology after the completion of an M.Tech, M.Tech may be preferred. If you are confident of your skills as a manager, wish to jump to some middle or higher management level and the aim to climb the corporate ladder then MBA is not a bad choice.

Pooja, while both ME and MBA are good options, you need to decide based on your interest and on you career goals. ME/ M.Tech is a good option for Research field, Teaching, and also corporate. With a M.Tech you would mostly remain with the technical field. While a MBA will open doors for you in many fields like Marketing, Banking, HR, Operations etc. So you need to decide it carefully by considering what kind of profession you want to be in.
