Hi i have interest in both retail and finance, from which field we can land up in high paid jobs also which gives more future security and prospect to grow our profiles which is more in demand . Please clear my confusion

Both options have good career prospects.The compensation is a function of multiple factors like Organisation you join,your knowledge,traits ,communication,role,domain,etc.
