it's better to do ME, but MBA is also not bad, provided u do it from very good college....

It depends. If you want to stick to the technical side, you should opt for ME. It will have a wider scope. However, if you want to make a career in the management sector, MBA will have a much wider scope.

If you are interested to core subject of BE than obviously go for M.Tech or ME that is realy bright future for you otherwise if you interested to diverse your field than go for MBA.......
