None branch is too hard to learn or study. I know people with 68% in board doing b.tech with 70%+ But then also if you want to compare these three branches on the basis of difficulty- In civil engineering you will learn how to build bridges, sky scrapers etc. Detailed knowledge about the building

None is too hard. It depends upon your interest. The field in which you are not interested will be harder for you.
