which is more preferable after B Tech in ECE , IT & System Management or Operation Management?

I need to know which stream of MBA is going to give more career growth, has future prospective for a guy after completing B.Tech in ECE with couple of years of experience in the field of Tech support & E- commerce, IT Marketing?

Dear Robin, ICT Domain Graduates after couple of years of technical experience shall pursue an MBA leads to better career development. Specialization shall be chooses to that time interest level. Each one has there own advantages.
