    I would suggest you to go for NIT-Durgapur as it has better placement records than IIEST.

    The NIFR ranking of IIEST is 19 while for NIT Durgapur it is 46. The placement statistic of IISET is about 71.93 and 77.68 is for NIT Durgapur.
    The lowest and highest CTC at IIEST are 3.20 and 28.88 (All branches) respectively while for NIT Durgapur, it is about 7-8 LPA. Hence, my choice is NIT-Durgapur.
