To start with, MBA degree is unwarranted to become a lecturer in any private or government engineering college. One should be M.Tech. with good marks (above 7 CGPA or above 65%) and apply. NET is also not required. Now a days the post of lecturer is abolished from engg colleges and t

* Generally, after B.Tech, you have two options :
1) You may opt for M.Tech to study the research side.
OR
2) You may pursue MBA if you wish to move your career towards management line.
Opt for a course which matches your interest and skills.
* To become a lecturer :
-You need to pass

M.Tech is required to be done for job in technical college education. And even M.Tech might not be sufficient in the longer run; you may as well have to do PhD. Good luck Pooja.
