Which is more suitable after B.Tech - MBA or M.Tech to become a lecturer in private or government engineering college?

Thanx Manmeet. To start with, MBA degree is unwarranted to become a lecturer in any private or government engineering college. M.Tech is required to be done for job in technical college education. And even M.Tech might not be sufficient in the longer run; you may as well have to do PhD. Good luck Pooja.
