Degree is always bettr then diploma but if your skills and talent is very good ten diploma holders also get a very good starting in job. for that you firstly have to prove yourself.

In animation Field Degree or diploma doesn't matter, matter is your creativity and hands on the software you use for it. make hands on 3D animation and gaming and VFX also
