Which is most reliable between data scientist and six sigma?

Lean Six Sigma is very beneficial for processes that manage, collect, and analyze large data Sets. Following Lean Six Sigma allows businesses to define metrics to measure, analyze, improve, and control processes.

First of all I believe that before asking this question you have gone through basic understanding of both six sigma and data Science. Basically both of them are used for data analytics, the only difference is with volume of data. You can prefer six sigma when you have less volume of data and with large quantum of data you can prefer data Science. But with data analytics there is also a terminology of change management which we do after analyzing data. For change management Six sigma would be best option. Besides all these there are many terms where both of them prove to be better and first choice.
