Which is the best AICTE approved university in Kolkata to pursue M.Sc. IT or CS through distance?
I have completed my B.Sc(general) from Calcutta University.I scored 82% in 10th, 71.25% in 12th, and 53.42% in graduation. I don't have much or detailed knowledge of coding, programming and all.

Hello Priya,
If you have a core degree like M.Sc and MCA and then you will do some certification through distance, it will be beneficial but if you are going to do a core course or degree in IT field through distance, this will be not be beneficial for you as IT is a technical field and also contain

If you want to pursue distance than there is no limitation of location. You can do course of any university from any location.
Sikkim Manipal University and Anna university. Provide distance also they are reputed university.
Also, check for LPU that they provide or not because LPU is also very good.

Don't opt for IT field. Make your career in the management field.

Brainware University is the best university in Kolkata to pursue M.Sc in IT.

I think so because I know several IT guys who are from Brainware and well settled in IT.
One more option, you can check with IGNOU or Sikim Manipal if you are not so confident about Brainware.
