Which is the best and affordable college/university in India and abroad to pursue B.Tech in IT?

I have completed 12th and as every other student, I am also confused between studying in India or abroad.

I do not know about other colleges but I can surely give you the idea about LPU. Admission in any programme depends on qualifying the Eligibility criteria for that programme.
