    Computer science is in demand because of inception of digitization in various fields, automation of many manufacturing plants, newer technologies like virtual reality/ augmented reality are changing the day-to-day work of people. Hence, there is a greater scope for computer science students.

    Anit, these days emphasis is on CSE, civil, and mechanical. but it also depends upon your choice. If you are somebody who wants to sit in an AC office then, of course, CSE is for you but if you are somebody who doesn't mind working in the field then civil and mechanical are very good options. These days civil and mech. students are also getting good offers.
    Apart from these, many new branches like aerospace, aeronautical, petroleum, biomedical engineering, etc. have also come up and showing great scope.
