I have just passed my 12th and got 27 marks in JEE Mains. I want to crack IIT-JEE in one year.

I think you are not able to find the cheapest with best, so better to go with the best coaching. If you have a good percentage in 10 or 12 then ultimately you are going to get a scholarship in the admission.
