Which is the best autonomous and non-autonomous college to pursue B.Com (Hons)?

There are two type of colleges, one are those having affiliated under certain university and approved by UGC and second are those who are autonomous and doesn't need any university affiliation but are approved by UGC or AICTE. You may pursue B.Com from any of them but choose a good college. Thank yo
