Below 94 percentile, top Mumbai–Pune elite CSE seats (SPIT, VJTI, COEP, PICT, VIT Pune, PCCOE) are tough. Look at AISSMS IOIT, JSPM RSCOE, DY Patil Akurdi (borderline), PCCOER, Sinhgad Group (autonomous campuses), VIIT (only if percentile edges up). Consider MIT WPU (autonomous, private), SIT Pune (
