both are two different carrier option in same industry. advice you talk with a Captain and a chief engg. Understand the nature of job and then conclude your area of interest.

TMI is the best . Also TS Rehman has good placements (but it does not offer you B Sc. Only DNS )

Both Courses are good and have their own speciality,Nautical Science is for DECK department and B.TECH is for engine dept.,
It's depend on ur field of interest and personal choice.
