    The best college for B.Tech in Delhi is INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY DELHI (IIT Delhi). It is ranked 4th in the overall category, 3rd in the research Institution category, and 2nd in the engineering category by NIRF. An average of 85% of students get placed every year and more than 50+ students got a package of more than 1 Crore per annum in 2023.  DTU and JMI are also some of the best government colleges.
