Which is the best B.Tech stream among IT and dairy science?

Hello Shail, Almost everybody is doing IT. This year almost 59K employees have been given pink slip in IT Industry. Dairy will give you education with which you can start in business. I feel dairy is still in infancy in India. There are good prospects.

IT is better as you will get more job opportunity.

A. B.Tech in Dairy Technology is a 4-year undergraduate engineering degree course that allows students to learn all about the processing and manufacturing of Dairy products. In my opinion, IT is better as you have more scope of jobs.
