Which is the best BCA College in Tamilnadu in which i can apply, I will get approx 90% in 12th and have an NCC certificate too pls suggest

I have scored 90%^ in 10th state boards and my 12th results will be here soon and also have done crash course in Animation and graphics . i want to learn application development and os development by doing my bca pls suggest me more colleges/universities to apply as soon before last application date
