B.Tech is a bachelor's engineering degree of 4 year duration which deals with the fundamentals of engineering and core subjects of chosen specialist branch such as Mechanical, Civil, Electrical etc. It is rigorous program to build solid foundations of students in their area of specialization. BSc is a three year Bachelor's degree in the field of Science. Courses are designed to provide basic and broad understanding of chosen specialist branch such as Physics , Chemistry etc. It is not as rigorous course as BTech. BTech graduates have lot more opportunities in comparison to BSc. -
If you are in interested in engineering and technology, and its advancements you may better prefer doing B.tech . But if you interested in learning science or going in detail of any partcular subject, any kind of research work in future, you can choose B. Sc.
