See, the best book is NCERT but for practice and to increase the speed of solving the answers you can opt for some other books that are having approximately 90% as questions, in that you can have the books you like and which you think will be the best for you.

The best books for JEE exam preparation are-
For Maths- RD Sharma
For Chemistry- NCERT, OP Tandon
For Physics- SL Arora.

I think you should follow HC Verna for physics, NCERT for chemistry and RD Sharma for maths.
