Solve NCERT first, because NCERT itself is very tough. After that try to solve HC verma, M Kareem etc. These books will help you a lot. Try to solve question banks also. Good luck.

NCERT is very necessary for chemistry, but also helpful in other two part also. HC Verma for Physics. Last year paper for Maths.

That depends on your level of preparation. You cannot solve the hardest book at the beginner level.
