    Hello Anmol,
    RC Mukherjee is one of the best book available in the market. It covers all the major topics regarding physical chemistry and the most amazing thing about it is that it contains so many questions related to them.
    But if you are looking for some explanations and concepts then I would suggest you to go for either O.P. Tandon or Atkins Physical chemistry. Both of these books are written by great authors who have abundant knowledge about this field.

    The best book for the physical chemistry is of the 'Together With' publications in that you get all your concepts clear as there are enough questions to answer these.
