To prepare for JEE Mains, you first need to build strong concepts. For building strong concepts, you will need to master the basics first.
So, I will recommend you to first go for the NCERT Books. As you are in class 11th, you will have plenty of time to practice more and more questions. So, complete your 11th CBSE 1st. Practice as many questions from them.

I will prefer studying from NCERT books because for cracking JEE Mains your base should be strong and that can only be possible through NCERT books. -
