If your chemistry is really good and you can withstand bit risky jobs then go for chemical engineering, you'll earn a lot. Otherwise go for production, here job spectrum is vivid. At last Aerospace is best if you are best ATIT otherwise you may not get core jobs.

All the three branches which you mentioned have very good scope. It's up to you. You should opt the branch in which you have interest.
You can easily get a job after completing chemical engineering, but the pay scale will be lower than other two branches.
According to me, aerospace engineering is a good option because there are so many things to do in it. Also, there are very few colleges offering aerospace engineering as compared to other branches, so less competition.

It completely depends on your interest. If you love manufacturing then go for production and if you have interest in chemistry then go for chemical engineering.
