Which is the best branch in engineering? civil engineering or computer science engineering?

Both the fields are good and have their share of merits and demerits. But the main thing is your interest. If you are interested in field work then civil is a good option but if you want to sit in ac cabin and work from there then go for CSE.
Many reputed universities are offering these courses.

Both are totally different. You can't compare them however it all depends upon your interest level.
If you like to see big constructions and you can to do something like that you can go for Civil.
If you love Computer and want to make future in it then Go for IT/Computer science line.
