Hello, B.Tech BE in CSE or ECE is a good option as per today's requirement and there are good placements today. But companies only take students who have extra skills along with the degree. They don't just take degree holders. So, do extra courses and job will be in your hand. Cities like Pune, Bangalore, Delhi are more prone to jobs in these sectors. Best of luck.
