It depends on your interest as all are good at their places but what is your interest does matter. You have choose best college to do engineering of your interest and I would recommend to go for UEM Kolkata (http://uem.edu.in/uem-kolkata/) as it has good placement assistance.

All the branches are equally good, it depends on your field of interest. Apart from that pursuing a particular engineering specialization from a top grade college also matters a lot.
