Which is the best branch of engineering among ECE and mechanical engineering?

It depends on where you are doing B.Tech from. If you are doing from IITs or NITs then both the branches are good. But if opt for an average private college then ECE is the best branch. Companies don't recruit mechanical engineers from an average college.
