Which is the best branch of engineering in terms of job opportunities?

Mechanical engineering is an evergreen branch of engineering. Job prospects of mechanical engineers are stable for last 5 decades and doesn't show any cyclic trends because mechanical engineering graduates are required in all types of industries.
