It depends upon your interest. If you like electronics field then you should pursue B.Tech in electrical and the same goes for other branches. All the branches are good.

1. Computer Science & Engineering/IT
2. Mechanical Engineering
3. Electrical & Electronics Engineering
4. Electronics & Communication Engineering
5. Civil Engineering
6. Chemical Engineering
7. Architectural engineering

You can opt for CSE. It is the best engineering branch. Second best option is mechanical followed by ECE and IT.
