If you are passionate about civil engineering, then ho for ME no doubt. Otherwise, do MBA.

You should go for management program. Engineering plus PGDM will make you placable automatically. You will be one step ahead of normal combination like BBA +management, BCA + management, B.Com, BA, B.Sc. and so on. Companies give preference to experienced and engineering students over others.
