Hello! I would say don't go by City, Go with the best university or college, irrespective of city. B.Com or Bachelor of Commerce is a three-year undergraduate course imparted in regular as well as distance education mode. B.Com is the second most popular undergraduate course in the Commerce branch.

I think you should apply for Delhi University as a form needs to be filled with your 12th score card and then you will get a college according to the cut-off list published by all the colleges.
