Which is the best city to pursue PGDM in terms of city exposure and job opportunities among Pune, Delhi and Bangalore?

If I compare the three cities, Bangalore is the best option from them reason being:
1. Communication skills will improve.
2. IT Hub of India
3. 500 Forbes companies are there in Bangalore to explore different career options.
4. There are good colleges I.e. IIM, XIME, Christ University, etc.

Should I pursue PGDM or MBA from a college located in Pune? You said that Bangalore is known as IT hub in the same way Pune is known as management hub.
