Which is the best co-ed college for psychology honors in the DU and what are the requirements for admission for the 2015 batch

I am still confused if I shall do psychology or English honors, I am a mediocre student of 12th standard studying in the NCR. My career is not yet decided, but psychology is my interest area and I don't think I can pursue English as for now my English is not worth that vast a course.
