First, you have to decide whether you need coaching at all to prepare for JEE Mains or Advanced. If you are not able to score enough marks in your school or college, you should definitely improve your basics before looking for a coaching. You should never start preparing for JEE unless you are confident about your basics.

There are a lots of coaching in India for the preparation of JEE. Some of them are:-
    FIITJEE
    Allen
    Resonance
Vibrant Acadamy. But some coaching also good in each state. But your hard work is the main reason to score good marks. Teachers only show you a path but you have to travel on it.

Allen is best, but one thing always keep in mind that coaching centres is just a medium, which provide guidance. Rest, everything you need to do all by yourself. So, you can join any good coaching near your hometown and make habit to self-study. Revise all formula do practice as much as possible. Use Arihant previous paper.

Scoring in JEE Mains is a matter of hard work and your study. It has nothing much to do with coaching institute. If you want to join a coaching Institute in Telangana, prefer Sri Chaitanya IIT academy over Narayana if you want stress free environment to study and the former takes care of the students by personally interacting with them and addressing their problems.

It would not be acceptable to post the names of ' Business Franchises' here, but I will give you guidelines to choose one.
+ Relative percentage of former students who cracked JEE Adv is important for comparison rather than mere numbers.
+ There must be a competitive environment (not too much)
+ There must be a good library in your institution (This is more important than others)
+ There must be a good caretaker at the center (Ask former a for details)
+ The institution must not pressurise the students, rather it must be a student friendly one.
