    dear
I want to tell you the basic things.
friend no any institution is bad all institutions and all teachers do their best for their students but success is depending upon your labour and self study because IIT is not so easy
    so,
I request you that before going to any institution firstly go through its previous record.
you have to do it by yourself.
BEST OF LUCK for your future.

I have not mentioned any institute name so you can skip reading my answer.
if you have done your preparation for jee in these two years, still can't clear jee mains then you should try for other colleges. Or if you really want an IIT or NIT degree then I recommend self study, because after 1 year you will realise you should have not wasted money on institutes rather have done self study.
But if you have not prepared for Jee for last two years then you should drop a year only if you believe that you have something that others not so that your rank next year will be better than others. Self study in both cases.
