All the coaching institute are best in their perspective. But, Allen-Kotak is the best among all for IIT JEE preparation. -
In my opinion resonance is best for IIT preparation for freshers as well as repeaters. Best of luck. -
Do not rely on coaching institutes.
But if you are definitely willing to study in one, Always opt for the ones in your city. The atmosphere in Kota is no more favourable for studies. It was once but is no more. If you decide to go there for your studies, do care that you'll get a hell lot of distractions which will pull you away from studies.
And for your question, any coaching that has more students will provide a great competition which is the key to success. I would go for Resonance for a balanced atmosphere. -

motion institute is good ,compare to allen or reso there are less students but u will not miss any faciliity there for sure
