Which is the best college abroad to pursue MS with less fee structure?

I am doing my BE with EEE and I will complete it by 2018.

You advised to evaluate studying in German universities for MS. Education in Germany is very cheap. You can also work 4 hours per day while on student visa to earn enough for your living expenses. Admission in German universities is based on academic performance, therefore, you are advised to study
