Hello, I would suggest you to expand your horizon and look for options beyond these. As per my experience I would suggest you LPU. Lovely Professional University (LPU) is one such university that is reputed in the field of education and can easily be your first choice to pursue an engineering degree. One of the best things about LPU is the placement opportunities it provides to its students. LPU has already established the record of the highest number of placements in North India in the last three years. Students of this university are working at respectable positions in major corporations such as Amazon, Google, etc. With packages of more than 1 crore. Cognizant alone has hired 1900 students from the university. Many students of LPU have been hired in a lot of good companies from all around the world. More than 110 companies such as Microsoft, HP, Hindustan Lever, etc. That recruit from IIT also recruit from LPU. The campus of the university spans over 600 acres and is like a city in itself. The campus has labs, auditorium (the largest in the country), libraries, hospital, shopping malls, post office, and an in-house hotel. With a pharmacy in the hospital premises, the hospital is open to the students on a 247 basis. LPU puts a strong focus on research and development. In the past years, LPU students have achieved a lot in the field of research. There is a multi storey block in the campus dedicated to research and development which the students can use. There is also a huge project studio where students carry out their specific projects and also share them with their peers. More than 3600 faculty members are working in LPU and have been selected from great institutions, such as IIT, NIT, and reputed international universities like Stanford and Harvard. Students of LPU study not only theoretically but through experimentation as well. Hello! Being an alumni of LPU. I would say that I don't know about the other colleges but yes I am 100% sure about LPU university. Let me share with you certain insights. 1. Good Placements: Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which are placed. The maximum package availed for CSE is 42 lacs. Per annum by Microsoft in 2020. LPU is having outstanding Placements record for the students. As every year not only national companies but also international ones are also hiring the LPU students for instance Amazon offers 30 Lacs package per annum. The Corporates which have visited the campus are Microsoft, Amazon, DBS Bank etc. The minimum salary package offered is 5 LPA, and the highest salary package offered till now is 42 LPA. International Companies like Hyatt (USA), Ritz Carlton (USA), Adani Wilmar (Africa), Altruist (Africa), Al-Rakha (Dubai), Dharam Consultancy (USA) selected LPU students for International locations. 2. Accreditation : Every year, more than 30,000 students graduate from LPU across all disciplines. Accredited by most technical bodies such as UGC, NCTE, PCI, IAP, COA, BCI, and AIU, LPU has covered massive ground since being founded back in 2005. Honestly speaking, the quality of education provided at any of the universities in India has been standardized by the autonomous body called University Grants Commission (UGC). It is just a matter of public opinion that sometimes condemns a university while over-hyping another. Of course, few other factors, such as the university intake of good candidates and the output of taught, trained, and efficient candidates who get successful placements during the course of the past couple of years, matter, of course, but lets get to that a while later. CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements. Most of our students get placed in reputed companies with few opting for higher studies. Special inputs in the form of placement classes are given to students to hone their skills and prepare them for placements. Students also go for on-job training (OJT) where they are paid stipend too. In regards to the stream concentric study of Computer Science Engineering (CSE) at Lovely Professional University, it is undoubtedly a very good idea. The faculty at the CSE department of LPU is just as qualified as any of the popular universities and institutes of India that offer this discipline names I don't even need to say!
