Which is the best college among Smalkha Group of Institute and Manav Rachna?

Smalkha Group Of Institute is better as the timings are from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm.
It has 5 lectures and 2 sessional in a semester along with some guest lectures which are very good. Faculty members are also up to the mark.
