Which is the best college among SRM or LPU for CSE?

Hello Abhinit, It's a question of perspective. Majority of students from South would prefer SRM & on the other hand students from North would prefer LPU. I feel both are equally competent & I would advise you to get admission whichever comes first.

Both are equally good on their own grounds but To my advice, one must go for Computer Science and Engineering as it has been one of the most lucrative and competitive course to study since its inception in Indian engineering colleges. Dear Abhinit, Both SRM and LPU are doing good. But to the best of my knowledge, LPU is the best university for the CSE programme. I have also done my MBA from LPU and one of my friend's younger brothers is studying over there in B.Tech CSE. There are some points I would like to share about why CSE is good for LPU. Good Placement: LPU has a good placement record for CSE students. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which they are placed. The maximum package availed for CSE is 42 lacs. Per annum by Microsoft. Scholarships: LPU provides scholarships to bright students every year worth crore rupees to all the students based on their academics, extracurricular activities, and other factors. Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified from IITs, NITs, Iims, and top-ranked universities all over the world. Tie-ups: B.Tech in CSE has tie-ups with industries which helps students to explore themselves more in their field. CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements. Most of students get placed in reputed companies with few opting for higher studies. Special inputs in the form of placement classes are given to students to hone their skills and prepare them for placements. Students also go for on-job training (OJT) where they are paid stipend too. In regards to the stream concentric study of Computer Science Engineering (CSE) at Lovely Professional University, it is undoubtedly a very good idea. The faculty at the CSE department of LPU is just as qualified as any of the popular universities and institutes of India that offer this discipline names I don't even need to say! It has produced perfectly efficient computer engineers in the past couple of years who have eventually landed salary packages as high as 42 LPA! Over the past couple of years, the department has seen a rise in the number of students taking admission in the stream. Due to this, the competition between students within the department has increased, and this has indirectly improved the overall performances of the batch as a whole. Without mentioning unrealistic figures, I am going to say that the students graduating from the CSE branch at LPU get placed more often than any other department from the same university. Not everyone gets placements in a core company, but they will get placed in companies functioning in various other fields. Don't be disheartened. It is a great opportunity for the engineering graduates, as a job in any field (better, if related to technology) will in the long run help you grab work experience, which in turn will lead you to have your dream career with your dream package Any engineering stream will make you qualified enough for good jobs. Hello! LPU is the best option for B.Tech CSE. I have done my Engineering from LPU and choosing LPU was my best decision. LPU has not just helped with content, but also helped me in my overall development. I was lucky enough to hold multiple placement options. Lovely Professional University (LPU) is one such university that is reputed in the field of education and can easily be your first choice to pursue an engineering. One of the best things about LPU is the placement opportunities it provides to its students. LPU has already established the record of the highest number of placements in North India in the last three years.
