Hello Abhinit, It's a question of perspective. Majority of students from South would prefer SRM & on the other hand students from North would prefer LPU. I feel both are equally competent & I would advise you to get admission whichever comes first.

Dear Abhinit, Both SRM and LPU are doing good. But to the best of my knowledge, LPU is the best university for the CSE programme. I have also done my MBA from LPU and one of my friend's younger brothers is studying over there in B.Tech CSE. There are some points I would like to share about why CSE is good for LPU. Good Placement: LPU has a good placement record for CSE students. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which they are placed. The maximum package availed for CSE is 42 lacs. Per annum by Microsoft. Scholarships: LPU provides scholarships to bright students every year worth crore rupees to all the students based on their academics, extracurricular activities, and other factors.
