There are not many colleges that offer Ph.D. in medicine in Chennai if you really look it up on the Internet. A couple of names to help you would be The Tamil Nadu, Dr MGR Medical University and Sri Ramachandra University. It would be a good idea to check with these universities about the Ph.D. cour
