Which is the best college for animation in India?

I have recently appeared for class 12th exams. People say that I should pursue my degree from any university rather than any institute. What should I do?

    Please first understand which degrees are offered in Animation. B.Sc. Animation is a 3-years duration course. Bachelor of Design (B. Des. ). Course in Animation is a 4-years duration course. The four years course includes 2d, 3d, VFX, etc. The difference between the two degrees is that the B. Des. Course is not only 1 year more but offers usually an international syllabus, which is completely focused on Animation only. Few of the top colleges are Artemisia College of Art & Design (Govt.     There are many parameters do decide the status of an institute , a few things which are important is , if the past students are developed well and got placed ! quality of work generated by the students ! Infra, if the course are getting completed in time ! How is the certification process & if the course fee is reasonable etc.
